ABOUT Phoenix Lining Solutions
Envision Displays is thrilled to collaborate with Phoenix Lining Services, a market leader in the field of Industrial coatings and linings, to produce and install their exhibition stand at the International Mining and Resources Conference (IMARC) 2023, Australia’s largest mining event, held at the ICC Sydney. The goal was to design an attractive and practical platform to display their products and create an inviting space for their attendees.

CHALLENGE
In brief, Phoenix Lining Services referred to a unique exhibition stand that could effectively showcase a wide range of product sizes while maintaining an open, inviting layout. The space needed to balance strong visual impact and clear brand messaging with functional requirements such as a meeting area and storage, all while ensuring the stand stood out and engaged visitors in a busy exhibition environment.
Key challenges included:
- Needed a solution to display both small samples and large-scale products.
- Maximising visibility in a busy environment.
- Avoiding visual overload while still delivering educational content and product detail.
- Combining AV, lighting, graphics, and structure into one cohesive experience.
SOLUTION
Envision Displays responded to the brief by designing a custom exhibition stand with a meeting area, storeroom and a sense of space on the booth so visitors could feel welcome and move through the stand freely.
The large, printed wall conveyed Phoenix Lining Solutions’ key brand messaging and educated event attendees about their offerings. In the brief, Phoenix Lining Solutions referred to areas from where they wanted to showcase various small and extra-large products. We responded to this by designing custom plinths with vinyl graphic overlays and information panels for each product.
The peninsula configuration ensured accessibility from multiple sides, creating an open and inviting atmosphere. At the back, we created a quieter area for meetings, complemented by a large AV display forming one of the storeroom walls.
We strategically placed lighting to accentuate the graphics, enhancing overall visual impact of the booth. We positioned the welcome desk at the corner of the stand with the highest foot traffic to attract a greater volume of visitors to the booth via this inviting information point. The rotating hanging structure above the stand was striking and effective in drawing attention from afar. Enhanced by a selection of materials the strategically positioned logos and purpose designed graphics aligned seamlessly with the Phoenix Lining Services’ brand identity.
RESULTS
Envision Displays successfully managed the entire process from concept development to production, logistics and installation.
The stand Envision team crafted is more than a booth; it’s a technical showroom, meticulously designed to highlight each product. Using a variety of display structures, Envision Displays effectively communicated different product categories and ranges.
Phoenix Lining Services was thrilled with their booth and reported a hugely successful event. Credit goes to the interesting and inviting space which allowed their products to be the star attraction and provided a comfortable space conducive to hosting successful meetings.
