CHALLENGE
Central Queensland University (CQU) required a custom exhibition stand in Brisbane that would stand out in a highly competitive education expo environment. The stand needed to attract prospective students, clearly communicate course offerings, and support high visitor traffic while maintaining a clean, open, and engaging layout. Education expos are busy and crowded, with many similar stands competing for attention

Envision Displays delivered a custom 6m x 6m island exhibition stand, designed for maximum visibility and engagement from all angles.
A central overhead cube tower acted as a visual anchor, ensuring the stand was visible across the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. The illuminated framing and bridge structure defined the space while maintaining an open and accessible layout.
A front-facing reception counter created a natural engagement point, helping manage high enquiry volumes efficiently. Bar tables and stools supported informal conversations, while integrated literature holders allowed visitors to easily access course information.
Feature lighting, including pendant lights and LED arms, enhanced visibility and created a welcoming, modern exhibition environment.

The open island exhibition stand design allowed visitors to enter from all sides, while the central reception counter ensured enquiries were handled efficiently during peak periods.
High-impact overhead branding increased visibility across the exhibition floor, making it easy for attendees to locate and return to the stand.
