CHALLENGE
The goal was to create an open and engaging island space that would showcase Geotab’s market-leading telematics software, draw in new opportunities for business, and also offer an appropriate space to have great conversations with existing clients and prospects. This was a new event for Geotab, so the goal was simple: to make a significant impact.
Geotab’s decision to work with us was ultimately one of trust. Having worked with Envision Displays internationally for many years, Geotab’s continued growth, success and international presence requires an organisation that can service them reliably all over the world. We’ve always shared a great relationship with the team at Geotab and we take their success very personally, through making the leadup to their events as simple as possible, but also providing premium post event support.
Key challenges included:
- Creating a strong visual presence as a platinum sponsor in a new and highly competitive event environment
- Designing an open island stand that attracted attention from all directions while maintaining clear flow
- Showcasing complex telematics software in a simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand way
- Balancing high visitor traffic with the need for private conversations
- Integrating multiple digital screens without overwhelming the space or diluting key messaging
- Ensuring a premium, high-tech look while using modular and sustainable display systems
SOLUTION
To create the perfect place to demonstrate Geotab’s excellent software and make the process as simple as possible for the team at Geotab.
To create the perfect place to demonstrate Geotab’s excellent software and make the process as simple as possible for the team at Geotab. We opted for Envision’s Custom Envision stand to create an inviting space with a meeting area for private, meaningful conversations with the attendees. The large, printed wall conveyed Geotab’s key brand messaging and educated event attendees about their offerings. We positioned the custom exhibition table at the centre of the stand with the highest foot traffic to attract a greater volume of visitors to the booth via this inviting information point.
Additionally, we added four screens (65-inch, 55-inch and two 43-inch) to the stand’s exterior, showcasing Geotab’s offerings and messaging. We also submitted all the insurance and stand plans, assisted with staff registrations to ensure there would be no issues at the event, and remained on-call close by throughout the event.




RESULTS
The client was thrilled with the result at the National Roads & Traffic Expo! The stand looked amazing, created from environmentally safe systems and custom timbers. The booth had excellent visibility, with the backlit hanging structure floating as a beacon to the showroom designed to showcase their product. The outcome was a premium-looking stand that attracted a lot of traffic to their booth, and the client left the event with a vast number of leads and new customers.
